Automotive application IC testing has always been an important role in IC testing field. Thermal controlling accuracy and range are driving us to develop our work more and more precise. IC test handling platforms are also requested to take less footprint and consuming parts. Auditors would be able to know how Chroma deal with IC testing requirements by developing own technologies.
