On October 8, Chroma ATE's chairman Leo Huang was granted no. 15 during the 2020 award ceremony of the Taiwan Top 100 Best-Performing CEOs. For the third time in a row, Leo Huang ranked in the top 100 of this biennial ranking by Harvard Business Review (HBR). The global traditional Chinese version of the HBR adopted the survey method of its annual Best-Performing CEOs in the World ranking and applied that to review the performance of the leaders of Taiwan’s largest listed companies. The selection was primarily based on the return on equity (ROE) after adjustments for industrial fluctuation as well as on market value growth during each leader's tenure. Chroma ATE did especially well on the first part and ranked in the top eight with 2,413% industry-adjusted ROE.
